PRICES AND BOOKING INFORMATION<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3347\" data-end=\"3472\">The prices displayed on the website include VAT. WITHDRAWAL<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"6301\" data-end=\"6413\">The right of withdrawal or cancellation does not apply under Article 103 of Law 3\/2014 in the following cases:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6415\" data-end=\"6933\">a) Provision of services that have been fully performed with the consumer\u2019s prior consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal once performance has been completed.<br data-start=\"6600\" data-end=\"6603\" \/>c) Supply of goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalised.<br data-start=\"6678\" data-end=\"6681\" \/>l) Provision of accommodation services (other than residential use), catering, or leisure activities, if the contract specifies a specific date or period of performance. CANCELLATION<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"6960\" data-end=\"7054\">The website administrator will only accept cancellations meeting the following requirements:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"7056\" data-end=\"7354\">\n<li data-start=\"7056\" data-end=\"7154\">\n<p data-start=\"7058\" data-end=\"7154\">Cancellation must be communicated to HOTEL &amp; SPA PIMAR at least <strong data-start=\"7122\" data-end=\"7151\">72 hours prior to arrival<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"7155\" data-end=\"7354\">\n<p data-start=\"7157\" data-end=\"7354\">If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of arrival, the cost of the first night will be charged, unless the chosen room has a specific cancellation policy, in which case that policy shall prevail.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"7356\" data-end=\"7602\"><strong data-start=\"7356\" data-end=\"7383\">Early departure policy:<\/strong><br data-start=\"7383\" data-end=\"7386\" \/>If the guest departs before the contracted check-out date, the total cost of the remaining nights will be charged, unless the chosen room has a specific cancellation policy, in which case that policy shall prevail.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"7604\" data-end=\"7706\">The administrator accepts and processes cancellations under applicable local laws and EU Directives.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"7708\" data-end=\"7711\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"7713\" data-end=\"7752\">9.
